Registration Dates

Registration for 2024 – 2025 Class Start and End Dates 2024 – 2025
St. Louis – Kitchener Main Campus, 80 Young St, Kitchener

Term 1: Registration OPENS August 26, 2024             —–> Term 1:   September 4  to October 25, 2024
Term 2: Registration OPENS October 2, 2024             —–> Term 2:  October 30 to December 19, 2024
Term 3: Registration RE-OPENS January 6, 2025      —–> Term 3:   January 7 to February 27, 2025 
Term 4: Registration OPENS February 3, 2025           —–> Term 4:   March 3 to May 1, 2025 (No classes March 10-15, 2025) 
Term 5: Registration OPENS April 7, 2025                   —–> Term 5:   May 5 to June 25, 2025
Summer School Registration OPENS February 2025 —–> Summer school:  July 2 – 28, 2025

Fees

NO Registration Fee is required for Secondary School Credit Day classes.  Payment of $100 materials fee for each culinary class is due as a condition of acceptance into the course.

Please complete this following form and a Guidance Counsellor will be assigned to assist you with course selection, and/or academic planning:

Documents to Submit to Complete Registration

  1. Previous Secondary School Transcript or Graduation Summary
  2. Proof of Status in Canada (e.g. Birth Certificate, Birth Registration, Canadian Citizenship Card, Canadian Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Record of Landing, Visitor Visa, Employment Permit or Refugee Status)
  3. Valid Photo Identification with current mailing address  (e.g. Driver’s License, Canadian Passport, Ontario Photo ID Card, Permanent Resident Card or Canadian Citizenship Card) If the address on your ID is different than your current address, please show a piece of mail or utility bill as proof of current mailing address.

NOTES:

  • Students who attended ESL/LINC classes must provide verification of Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 6 in listening, speaking, reading, & writing.
  • Students who attended regular high school in the last year must have a Principal to Principal Transfer Request Form sent to St. Louis prior to registration.
  • Students returning to St. Louis from a previous year only need to bring valid photo ID
  • NO student services fee
  • Additional Fees apply to take culinary courses, Correspondence courses, for International Students and students who are enrolled full-time at another high school.
