GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Attention 2017-18 PSW students – St. Louis Graduation Ceremony will be held Friday, November 23, 2018 at 7:00pm at St. Mary’s Church, downtown Kitchener.

Want to make sure your Secondary School Credits earned during the PSW program count?  Make sure your visit a St. Louis Guidance Counsellor to have your credits added to your high school transcript.  If these last few credits means you have now completed all your OSSD Requirements (including your 40 hours of community activities), you need to APPLY to graduate.

Current students will graduate with the Class of 2018-19.  Please submit an Intent to Graduate Form anytime now until August 31, 2019.

PSW certificate is recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and by the Ontario Community Support Association (program accreditation body)

Certification for Gentle Persuasive Approach to Challenging Behaviours

Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care issued by HPC Consultation Services of Waterloo Wellington (Partnership with Hospice of Waterloo Region)

OSSD’s are issued by the Ministry of Education once per year. Current students will get their OSSD with the Class of 2018-19.  Please submit an Intent to Graduate Form anytime now until August 31, 2019.
