Requirements

  • All students must be 18 years of age or older.
  • All students must meet ID Requirements.
  • Students who attended ESL/LINC classes must provide verification of Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 6 in listening, speaking, reading, & writing.
  • Students who attended regular high school in the last year must have a Principal to Principal Transfer Request Form sent to St. Louis prior to registration.

Fees

There is a $125 materials fee per course to cover the cost of food for 7 1/2 week course. Each fee is paid at time of registration to ensure student acceptance.

Potential Credits Earned

  • Culinary Arts Training: Students can take 2 credits per term.
  • Culinary Arts Certificate: Students can take any 4 culinary courses plus 2 co-op credits.
