Requirements
- Be currently employed or volunteering either full or part-time within the Waterloo Region.
- Be working toward completing a high school diploma and require elective credits.
- All students must meet ID Requirements.
- Students who wish to earn secondary school credits through Credits@Work and previously attended or are currently attending ESL/LINC classes must provide verification of Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 6 in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Fees
There is no cost to students or employees to enroll in Credits@Work.
Ready to Register for Credits@Work?
Come in-person to St. Louis at 80 Young Street in Kitchener to begin the registration process. You will need to bring with you the necessary ID requirements.
Current WCDSB Students including those currently registered at St. Louis
- Speak with your Guidance Counsellor at your school.
- Your Guidance Counsellor will send an email and Credit Counselling Summary (CCS) to stlouisguidance@wcdsb.ca with the course request.
- Once it has been approved, you will then receive the necessary forms and information from the Credits@Work administrative assistant.
