Hairstyling Certificate – Register
Hairstyling Training classes start at three different times each school year.
- November 21, 2025 – July 3, 2026 – in progress
- March 9, 2026 – January 28, 2027 – in progress
- September 9, 2026 – pre-registration is now closed
Intake sessions are mandatory as part of the application process for the program.
The upcoming intake sessions will be held on:
- September 23, 2026 to start on November 27, 2026
- January 13, 2027 to start on March 8, 2027
- May 5, 2027 to start in September 2027

Classes are held at St. Louis – Kitchener Main Campus
5 days a week – Monday – Friday;
8:45am to 3:30pm
Work placement times will vary.
*Intake/registration sessions for Hairstyling Training are offered on specific dates throughout the year .
Step 1: Please complete the Hairstyling Pre-Registration Form online. You will be contacted about attending an Intake Session.
Step 2: Attend the next Intake Session – September 23, 2026 –> promptly@ 4:00pm
All individuals with some previous hair, barber or aesthetics employment skills are welcome; however, you do not have to have prior salon experience or have a completed high school diploma to be accepted. You will earn credits toward your high school diploma or upgraded credits on your transcript.
